Franz wrote two books that related his personal experiences with the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society and his views on Jehovah's Witnesses teachings.įranz was born in 1922. Franz claimed the request for his resignation and his subsequent disfellowshipping resulted from allegations of his apostasy from the faith. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. Ray is a Vice President for geotechnical specialty contractor Hayward Baker Inc., with responsibilities for the company’s work in the Midwest.
