Professional Membership: BIFM and / or Relevant qualificationīudget Planning & Management: Experience essential for preparing, reforecasting and reporting performance against capital and operating expense budgets Good track record in all areas of Technical Services management including for example, prevantiative maintenance programmes, condition surveys, life cycle planning, Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health, managing programmes to time, budget and quality Relevant technical qualifications / industry experience managing Technical services for a large partnership or financial institution of comparable size and complexity and within a regional and/or global environment Support UK Facilites Manager in ensuring that all Real Estate and FM operations support the Firms Corporate Social Responsibility policy including Environmental monitoring, management of utilities, elimination/reduction/recycling initiatives and reportingīe responsible for Technical Services budget ensuring that related spending in the UK is within agreed budget and forecast Apply best practice techniques as appropriate Own, develop, maintain and improve the Technical services operational systems, processes and policies in support of EYs real estateĬhair (or participate) in team, supplier and client meetings as appropriateĮnsure best practice and external knowledge is maintained and shared with key stakeholders and direct reports.
